Abstract:
To provide a water leakage-preventing agent which can simply be applied without requiring much time and labor for application, does not deteriorate the appearance of a building, and has an excellent ability to close water- leaking sites.
This agent for preventing the leakage of water comprises (a) 0.1 to 35 pts.wt. of a highly water-absorbing polymer and (b) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene glycol derivative or a polypropylene glycol derivative.
