Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an external ointment and internal medicine composed mainly of aloe as a crude drug for promoting the blood flow and to provide an agent for promoting the growth and restoration of hair produced by using the above ointment in combination with the internal medicine.
CONSTITUTION: Aloe is used as a main component and compounded with the remaining components composed of crude drugs such as Swertia japonica, garlic, Guinea pepper, perched black sesame, Lycium chinense and KASHUU (polygoni multiflori radix) or their extract and Ancistrodon blomhoffii (a kind of viper), etc., to obtain an external ointment. The ointment is used in combination with an internal medicine produced by mixing egg yolk with garlic and mixing the mixture with Ancistrodon blomhoffii, aloe powder, etc.
