Abstract:
To provide an agent for reducing air supplied into a furnace, which is adequately handlable and is friendly to the environment.
The agent for reducing air supplied into the furnace, which is mixed with supplied air through a tuyere into a combustion furnace to adjust a ratio of contained oxygen gas in the air, is produced by the steps of: pulverizing waste wood into chips; compacting them into a pellet form of a waste wood pellet P1; carbonizing the waste wood pellet P1 as in the pellet form to form a waste charcoal pellet P2.
