Abstract:
To improve starting operability of an agent, without giving a sense of bothering to a crew member, in an agent system in which the agent is started by a contact operation of the crew member.SOLUTION: An agent system (1) includes an operation detection unit (30) for detecting an agent starting operation by a crew member, an operation position display unit (20) for displaying a position of the operation detection unit (30) to the crew member, a starting intention detection unit (10) for detecting an agent starting intention of the crew member, and a control device (100) for starting an agent (2) when the agent starting operation is detected. When at least one of a first condition that the agent starting intention is detected during the stop of the agent (2) and a second condition that it is in a situation for making a speech to the crew member, the control device (100) lights the operation position display unit (20) which has been put out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
