PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a script description free by separately storing action definition that represents what kind of action can be used for a plan and each script substance which describes what kinds of operations are performed by the action.
SOLUTION: The name (script name) of a script that corresponds to the action is described in addition to an action name, a precondition and a post- condition on the action definition of each action and the number of delivery that is delivered to a corresponding script substance is described on the script name. The action definition that is described in this way is stored in a 1st storing means 111. Also, the concrete substance (script substance) of an operation that is performed by each action is prepared separately from the action definition and a script name that is the same with the time when it is used for the action definition of the action is attached and is stored in a 2nd storing means 112. Then, a planner 115 takes out the script names from the necessary action definition, combines them and prepares a plan 116 as the line of the script name.
