Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an agglutinative base body applicable to a general purpose automatic analyzing device and conduct an immunoassay with high sensitivity since it is excellent in preservation stability and does not cause hydrophobic adsorption.
CONSTITUTION: This agglutinative base body for immunoassay is made by immobilizing an antigen or antibody into an associated body of water-soluble polymer wherein an associative group is introduced, and this agglutinative base body is used for the immunoassay.
