Abstract:
To provide an aggregate of cellulose nanofibers predominantly composed of acylated single cellulose nanofibers with a fiber diameter of 3-10 nm and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses an aggregate of cellulose nanofibers in which the proportion of acylated hydroxy groups of cellulose of cellulose nanofibers with a fiber diameter of 3-100 nm (an average level of substitution of acyl groups) is 0.05-1.8. The aggregate of cellulose nanofibers has a cellulose Iβcrystal structure. The number content of the 3-100 nm-diameter single cellulose nanofibers forming the aggregate is 98% or more. The single cellulose nanofibers has an aspect ratio of 60-300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
