A rotating drum 3 having a drum 1 (first rotating drum) for regenerated aggregate and a drum 2 (second rotating drum) for new aggregate connected on a straight line is rotatably supported on a support bed 14 through rollers 15a and 15b. The respective drums 1 and 2 have the ratio (L/D) of length L to diameter D set in the region of 1.5 to 2.5, and plural flights 17 are provided in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction in the interior thereof. A flight member 19 provided on the downstream side in the transfer direction of aggregate in the flight 17 is inclined in the direction of pushing back the aggregate. The side part of each flight member 19 is provided with a slit elongated in the longitudinal direction of the flight member, whereby a drop film of aggregate scooped up by each flight member 19 and dropped is made uniform so as to favorably perform contact with hot air.
