To provide a method for producing aggregate structure soil from silt having a single particle structure or from a clay-like waste soil by a mechanical system or by a method for operating the mechanical system.
This method for producing the aggregate soil comprises the first process for charging mud or waste soil containing fine soil particles in an amount of ≥50 vol.% as a raw soil for the aggregate soil into a first mixer 2, adding water to the raw soil to give a water content of 30 to 65 vol.%, and kneading the mixture, the second process for adding an aggregating agent (material) to the obtained kneaded product and further adding a solidifying agent, when the aggregate structure is strengthened, thus causing cross-linking reactions between the fine soil particles, and the third process for transporting the obtained reaction product to a second mixer 8, adding a water content- adjusting material to the transformed reaction product to give a water content of 20 to 45%, and adjusting the particle diameter of the soil by the bonding of the soil.
