Abstract:

To provide an aggregate of viscoelastic foodstuff pieces, in which a plurality of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces, able to be easily separated by just softly pulled by a hand while remaining in an original shape of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces, are joined, and method for manufacturing the same and the device for manufacturing the aggregate of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces.

The foodstuff is the aggregate of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces in which outer edges of a plurality the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces obtained from the viscoelastic foodstuff dough containing sugars, gelatin and an emulsifying agent are joined and forms the aggregate, and the aggregate of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces is attained by the aggregate of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces able to be separated in the part where the outer edges of the viscoelastic foodstuff pieces are joined.
