A drying object loaded into a horizontal cylindrical container is agitated and circulated by two systems consisting of a first system comprising a first group of outside paddle-shaped blades and a first inside screw located on one side of the horizontal cylindrical container along the axial direction thereof and a second system comprising a second group of outside paddle-shaped blades and a second inside screw located on the other side of the horizontal cylindrical container along the axial direction thereof.
