Title:
AGITATION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007181751
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an agitation apparatus capable of suppressing a freely-movable bar from depressing and rubbing the inner peripheral surface of a fixed body when the freely-movable bar is pushed up by a rotary shaft along the inner peripheral surface of the fixed body, thereby reduding occurrence of vibration and abnormal sound.

The agitation apparatus is provided with: the fixed body 2 having side walls 12, 13 at both ends thereof and a cylindrical body 14; the rotary shaft 3 which has a plurality of agitation blades 22 arranged at predetermined intervals in both of the shaft direction and the peripheral direction and is inserted into the fixed body 2 to be rotated freely; and the columnar freely-movable bar inserted into the cylindrical body 14 to be moved freely. A scooping member 23, which is used for pushing out the freely-movable bar 4 to be in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 14 when the rotary shaft 3 is rotated so that the power of moving the freely-movable bar to the inside of the rotary shaft 3 to the radial direction is produced in the axial center of the freely-movable bar 4, is arranged on at least two of the plurality of agitation blades 22 to agitate the object which is to be agitated and is supplied in the cylindrical body 14.
