PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable surely agitating solution in a tank in a short time by installing upper part agitating air piping for agitating solution in the upper part in a storage tank and lower part agitating air piping for agitating solution in the bottom surface part of the storage tank and feeding compressed air from both of the air piping.
SOLUTION: Compressed air is fed from an air compressing means into lower part agitating air piping 18 and is discharged into solution in a tank 11 from the tip of thereof. This compressed air causes the solution to flow in the circumferential direction in the tank. On the other hand, compressed air is also fed to upper part agitating air piping 17, and is discharged downward from above the solution from the tip of thereof. In this way, the solution is agitated by vertical convection and a circumferential flow to uniformly mix materials constituting the solution. At this time, the bore of the lower part agitating air piping 18 is made smaller compared to that of the upper part agitating air piping 17 to differentiate the quantities of compressed air discharged from the piping 17, 18, allowing the liquid to be further surely mixed in a short time.
