Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for easily preparing a suspension by transferring agrichemicals adhered to an article, such as fruits and vegetables, to a dispersion medium.SOLUTION: A sampling material for wiping off an agrichemical from an article is made of a material that is soluble to a dispersion medium. When an agrichemical to be wiped from the article is hydrophobic, a hydrophilic dispersion medium is used to prepare a suspension, in which case the material forming the sampling material is a material soluble to the hydrophilic dispersion medium such as soluble fiber. When the sampling material used to wipe an agrichemical from a surface of an article is dropped in the dispersion medium, the sampling material is dissolved in the dispersion medium while the wiped agrichemical is dispersed in the dispersion medium. A suspension thus prepared is filtered using a filter capable of capturing the agrichemical to be separated into the agrichemical captured by the filter and the dispersion medium that has pass through the filter. The agrichemical captured by the filter is used as an analysis sample of the agrichemical adhered to the article.SELECTED DRAWING: None
