This agrochemical formulation is characterized by containing (a) 0.1 to 40 wt.% agrochemical active ingredient having 5 ppm water solubility at 20C, (b) 0.1 to 30 wt.% 20C-150C fatty acid ester having 10 HLB, (c) 0.1 to 30 wt.% binder, and (d) 0.1 to 90 wt.% carrier.
