To provide an aid for learning how to do forward upward circling on a horizontal bar in elementary physical education by surely aiding children in learning it simply through the pull of belt cords, and letting the children repeat experiences in successfully doing forward upward circling so that they will learn how to do it.

Back belts 3a, 3b are provided in such a manner as to form a triangle consisting of abdomen fixing belts 4a, 4b on the outside and a crossing part 11 on the upper side, with the intervention of buckles 1a, 1b provided at both ends of a waist belt 7. Arm fixing belts 5a, 5b are attached to the ends of the back belts 3a, 3b and are fixed to belt fixing parts 8a, 8b in such a way as to form ring-shaped arm holes 10a, 10b. Cords 2a, 2b are fixed to the cord fixing parts 9a, 9b of the buckles.
