Abstract:
To provide an air bag device for vehicle outside capable of enhancing storage property.
The air bag device for the pedestrian is provided with an air bag 60 provided on a hood 14 of the vehicle or near it and deployed so as to cover at least a part of the hood 14 of the vehicle and a front pillar at collision with a collision body. The air bag 60 has a body part 60A positioned at an inflator side; and an extension part 60B positioned at an opposite side to the inflator than the body part 60A. Thickness of a skin material constituting the extension part 60B is made thinner than the thickness of a skin material constituting the body part 60A.
