Abstract:
To provide an air blast device of greatly improved performance with compared to a conventional device and capable of performing high speed processing.
This device is composed of an ultrasonic nozzle 11 generating ultrasonic air flow, a jet object supply port 12, an induction mixing chamber 13 having ultrasonic flow and jet object flow therein and inducibly mixing jet object and ultrasonic flow to generate mixed air flow, and an injection port 14 making mixed air flow collide with an object 6.
