Title:
AIR BLOWER FOR REFRIGERATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3728134
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic noise generated in phase controlling an air blower by axially cutting a boss insertion part of a motor shaft in such a state that the cross section of a motor shaft have two or more line symmetric shafts and approximately contacting the motor shaft and the boss in the direction of the motor shaft.
SOLUTION: This air blower attached to a condenser and a vaporizer of a refrigerating circuit is formed by attaching a fan 33 to a shaft (motor shaft) 34 of a motor 31. After a boss 35 of the fan 33 is fitted to the motor shaft 34, screws 37 threadly engaged with the boss 35 are fastened so that the fan 33 is fixed to the motor shaft 34. A screw receiver face 36 for receiving the screws 37 which is formed in the motor shaft 34 is formed into four cut faces formed by cutting the motor shaft 34 into approximately square in the cross section. The screws 37 are allowed to abut on two opposed cut faces 36 out of the four cut faces 36 and fastened so that the fan 33 is fixed.
