Abstract:
To plan a cost reduction by integration of an impeller and a motor yoke of an outer yoke-type motor driven air blower at one-touch operation during working process of fitting and fixing the motor yoke in the impeller.
A motor yoke 6a is formed with a cylinder part and an impeller 5 having a cylindrical part 5a capable of internally fitting and fixing a motor yoke 6a and a fan 5b at outside perimeter of the cylindrical part and an engaging body (boss) 12 with the motor yoke 6a is integrally formed with flexible synthetic resin. The motor yoke 6a and the impeller 5 can be integrally molded by engaging the flexible engaging body 12 with the motor yoke 6a when fitting and fixing the motor yoke 6a in the cylindrical part 5a of the impeller.
