Metal layers 361, 362 made by using aluminum are formed on a part of a surface of the wind direction regulating member 3 to decorate the wind direction regulating member 3. An operation part 41 is arranged on the top surface part of the casing 2, and coils 43, 43, ... are mounted to a circuit substrate 42 connected with the operation part 41, that is, the coils 43, 43, ... are arranged near the wind direction regulating member 3. Even if the coils 43, 43, ... generate a magnetic field, a resonance phenomenon does not occur as the metal layers 361, 362 are non-magnetic material. Accordingly, the abnormal sound is not generated.
