Abstract:
An ion sending device of an example of a blowing device is provided with a neck-hanging type main body part having a blowing channel inside, and a blower for supplying air to the blowing channel. The main body portion has a neck contact portion that comes into contact with a back surface portion of a user's neck. The left and right sides of the front of the neck contact part in the main body part are respectively provided with an air outlet. The blower is disposed on the back side of the neck contact portion.
