PURPOSE: To reduce the extent of ventilation resistance as well as to prevent any drop in blast efficiency from occurring by attaching a heating element retractably at the blowoff side of a vent passage for a wind to be produced by a blast blade, and forming a storage recess for this heating element, in an inner surface at the blowoff side of the vent passage.
CONSTITUTION: A storage recess 40 housing element 7 is vertically formed in one side inner surface at the blowoff side of a fan case 34. This heating element 7 consists of a heater 42, a support 43 for mounting this heater 42, and a net plate 44 clamped to this support 43 so as to cover a blowoff side face of the heater 42. If the heating element 7 is housed in the storage recess 40, this recess 40 forms the same flush surface with an inner surface of the fan case owing to the heating element 7, so that ventilation resistance is thus reduced.
