An air blower 2 is composed of plural vane bodies 4, a frame body 6 for connecting the plural vane bodies 4, a supporting member 12 for supporting the outer peripheral part of the frame body 6, and a driving means 10 moving the frame body 6, etc., and is connected to air ducts 22 and 24. The outer end parts of the vane bodies 4 are connected to the frame body 6 to rotate it, thereby rotating the plural vane bodies 4 together also integrally with the frame body 6. The supporting member 12 is composed of cylindrical bodies 12A and 12B almost the same as the air ducts 22 and 24 in inner diameter and a swollen part 12C formed between these cylindrical bodies 12A and 12B, and then the outer peripheral part of the frame body 6 is rotatably supported in a recessed groove 14. The driving means 10 is composed of the tooth part 604 of the outer peripheral part of the frame body 6, a gear 18 engaging with the tooth part 604, and a motor 20 for rotatively driving the tooth 18, etc.
