An air blowing device includes: an installation part 3 that is installed on an installation surface; a turning part 2 that is installed on the installation part 3 and is disposed so as to be turnable; an intake port 4 and a discharge port 5 that are opened on the surface of the turning part 2; an air sending path 22 that is disposed in the turning part 2 and makes the intake port 4 and the discharge port 5 communicate with each other; an air sending fan 7 that is disposed in the air sending path 22; and an operation panel 6 that is disposed on an external surface of the turning part 2 has a plurality of operation buttons. In the fan device 1, by driving the air sending fan 7, air is sucked from the intake port 4 and is sent from the discharge port 5 while the head swing operation for making the turning part 2 swing is performed, when a user contacts with each operation button while oscillating movement is performed, the oscillating movement is stopped.
