To prevent a load from being applied to a structure as moment when braking force is applied to a brake disk by providing a bracket extended in the advancing direction of a moving body from part of a hinge member supporting the brake disk and connected with the end section on the extended side to the other structural portion of the moving body.
For obtaining braking force during the travel of a vehicle, hydraulic cylinder 40 is extended to open a brake disk 10. The brake disk 10 receives the force F as the resultant force of wind pressure, receives the force f1 from the cylinder 40, and receives the force f2 containing the upward component matched with the downward component of the force f1 from a pin 10A on a hinge member 20. A link 50 receives the force f3 at a pin 40A portion and receives the downward force 15 from a structural portion T at a pin 50A portion. The structural portions S, T are applied with the downward force and the upward force, and each force is individually applied to the structural portions S, T, not as moment.
