Abstract:
To provide an air bubble buffer material volume reduction device capable of reducing volume of various sizes of air bubble buffer materials from a small air bubble buffer material to a long and large air bubble buffer material, the device being small and highly safe.SOLUTION: A front protection roller 108 and a rear protection roller 110 are provided in an upper part of a side plate of an input guide 1, and a front side plate 103 is made openable via a hinge 107. A magnitude of a motor load is monitored and a perforation roller 203 automatically repeats forward rotation and reverse rotation according to a set value of the magnitude, so that advancement of the air bubble buffer material repeatedly causes reduction in the volume of the air bubble buffer material and retraction of the air bubble buffer material repeatedly causes relaxation of a dense state of the air bubble buffer material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
