This air cell has a multilayer structure. A plurality of air cells are provided side by side to constitute the air mat. A lower layer part comprises a cylindrical part formed in a cylindrical shape, an upper layer part is formed as a block group comprising a plurality of blocks each formed in a block shape, the block parts are arranged in line in the longitudinal direction of the upper face of the lower layer part, and the air cell is formed with vent holes for a flow of air between the cylindrical part of the lower layer part and the respective block parts of the upper layer part.
