Title:
AIR CIRCULATION INCINERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0933018
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent ash from hindering a combustion efficiency even after an air circulating incinerator is operated for a long period of time by a method wherein an ash receptacle is arranged below a combustion chamber having a suction or discharging port at a deep wall, a burner chamber, a blower chamber and a chimney chamber are arranged behind the combustion chamber, an air blowing pipe of the blower is inserted into a lower end of the chimney and concurrently an extremity end of a branch pipe is placed near the burner.

A mounting plate 2d for use in mounting items 11 to be burned is formed with many through-pass holes. Ashes generated after ignition of the items 11 to be burned are dropped into an ash receptacle 13. In addition, a vibrator machine 26 is connected to the vibrating plate 2d and the vibrator machine 26 is installed in a blower chamber 21. Then, a manual rotating plate 12c is fixed to an aeration hole 12b formed at a bottom plate 12. Further, a burner chamber 16 and a blower chamber 21 are arranged at a rear part of the combustion chamber 9. A blower 22 is provided with an air feeding pipe 18 and a branch pipe 24 branched from the air feeding pipe 18. An extremity end of the air feeding pipe 18 is inserted into the chimney 5 from the lower part of the chimney 5. Then, the extremity end of the branch pipe 24 is arranged in the burner chamber 16 to cool the burner 17, and the branch pipe 18 is provided with a changing-over lever 19.
