Abstract:
To provide an air cleaner that can sufficiently remove floating viruses or aerosol in air, and can improve convenience.SOLUTION: An air cleaner 1 comprises: a housing 10; a discharge part 20 which performs electric discharge; a dust collecting filter 30 which is detachable from/to the housing 10, and has a plurality of first electrode parts 34 and a plurality of tabular second electrode parts 36 having different electric potentials to each first electrode part 34; and an ultraviolet light irradiation part 40 which irradiates the dust collecting filter 30 with ultraviolet light, where the cleaner is designed to allow gas to flow and pass the dust collecting filter 30 inside the housing 10, the plurality of first electrode parts 34 and the plurality of second electrode parts 36 are arranged so as to be alternately arrayed, at least each second electrode part 36 is arranged in parallel with each other, and gas flowing so as to pass the dust collecting filter 30 inside the housing 10 passes through between the first electrode part 34 and the second electrode part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
