Abstract:
To provide an air cleaner that forms in a short time, an environmental having a low risk for a person to be affected with a disease by a pathogen, and reduces deterioration of an air blowing device due to ultraviolet light.SOLUTION: An air cleaner 100 comprises a housing 3, an air intake port 3A, an air exhaust port 3B, an air blowing device 4, an ultraviolet light source 5, and a guide 7. The air intake port 3A sucks air. The air exhaust port 3B exhausts air. The air blowing device 4 generates an airflow that flows from the air intake port 3A into the housing 3, and flows from the housing 3 to the air exhaust port 3B. The ultraviolet light source 5 irradiates ultraviolet light UV having directivity toward airflow. The guide 7 guides a part of an airflow that is an airflow flowing in a direction other than an irradiation region of ultraviolet light UV in a direction of the irradiation region of ultraviolet light UV, and receives and absorbs ultraviolet light UV toward the air blowing device 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
