A cabinet 1, a filter 3 for purifying air put into the cabinet 1, a fan 4, a motor 5, an ashtray part 20 which can be received in the cabinet to the filter 3 through an exhaust route, and a switch 19 which is interlocked with the action of the ashtray part 20 and operates the motor 5 are provided. When the ashtray part 20 is drawn out from the cabinet 1, the switch 19 is turned on to operate the motor 5. When a burning cigarette is put on the ashtray part 20, the smoke of the cigarette is led to the filter with good reproducibility and can be cleaned.
