Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce relative rotation to a hanger and perform the indexing rotation of the hanger at a prescribed angle surely by moving a pin for rotation.
CONSTITUTION: A load bar 16 run and driven by a trolley conveyer 1 is held between holding arms 41, 42 operated by air cylinders 40, 39 and an upper moving base 37 is integrally moved. The moving speed is reduced to a half and transmitted to a lower moving base 52 through a rack 45, a gear 49, a vertical shaft 47, a gear 50 and a rack 53. A pin 25 for rotation embedded in the moving base 52 abuts on the projection part 23a of an indexing drive plate 23 and an indexer 22 performs an indexing rotation by a relative speed between both.
