Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning device that can adequately trap fine particles in air even if the size of an ionizer is reduced, and that can restrain an increase in cost.SOLUTION: An air blower 1 comprises: an air blowing mechanism 3; a coarse dust filter 5 provided on the upstream side of the air blowing mechanism 3 to trap coarse dust 11 in air; an ionizer 7 provided between the coarse dust filter 5 and the air blowing mechanism 3 or provided near a blade 23 of the air blowing mechanism 3 to charge fine particles 13 in air; and a charged filter 9 provided on the downstream side of the ionizer 7 to trap the charged fine particles 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
