Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-compression type air cleaner superior in maintenance cost regardless of an air amount treated in high efficiency.SOLUTION: The air cleaner includes an air introduction route, a humidifying means arranged in the air introduction route and humidifying air in the air introduction route, an air compressor arranged on the downstream end of the air introduction route, an exhaust route connected to the exhaust port of the air compressor, and a draining means arranged in the exhaust route and draining condensed water generated by compression or cooling of the air. A compression ratio of the air compressor may be 2-25. The air introduction route may have an air heating means for heating sucked air in the upstream of the humidifying means. The exhaust route has a plurality of air/water separation tanks for storing the air exhausted from the air compressor. The plurality of the air/water separation tanks may be connected to the exhaust route in parallel.
