Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate wasteful delivering action and certainly exhaust drain by optimally controlling drain exhausting time and exhausting intervals by being set to the control of an air compressor.
SOLUTION: The control of an air compressor and drain exhaust is concentrically executed in an electronic control part 8. When the inclination of a pressure lowering in a compressed air tank 4 is steep, the air compressor 5 executes unloader mode operation and drain is exhausted when a load is started. When the inclination of the pressure lowering in the compressed air tank 4 is gentle, the air compressor 5 execute pressure opening/closing mode operation, and drain is exhausted when an electric motor 7 is switched ON. Thereby, drain can be exhausted when necessary.
