Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air compressor structure having less motion resistance force of a piston body and improving smoothness of operation.SOLUTION: A main frame 7 of an air compressor is fixed with a motor 71 and a cylinder 6. When the motor 71 rotates, a piston body 76 performs a reciprocation movement inside the cylinder 6 and generates a compressed air. One end of the cylinder 6 is provided with an open end 60 showing an open state. The piston body 76 is installed inside the cylinder 6. The other end of the open end 60 is formed with a top wall whose sealing is not complete. The cylinder 6 of a circular outer peripheral side part is provided with a long side plate 65 extended outside to both side parts in the front and the rear adjacent to the top wall in a horizontally extended manner. The two right and left both ends of the long side plate 65 are formed with two pairs of docking plates 650 showing an inverse L shape. A storage tank 652 is formed between the docking plate 650 and the long side plate 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
