Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air compressor which has a high air compression effect and safety.SOLUTION: An air compressor is equipped with a main housing 10; a cylinder 2 connected to the main housing 10 to actuate a piston body 15; a power mechanism fixed by the main housing 10 and including a motor 11; and a large gear 13 engaged with a small gear 12. A weight rotary table is connected to the large gear 13. On the weight rotary table, a crank pin 14 is provided. The crank pin 14 is journaled to the piston body 15. If the motor 11 is actuated, the crank pin 14 circulates, and a piston head 16 of the piston body 15 reciprocates in the cylinder 2. Therefore, compression air in the cylinder 2 is pushed out to enter an air storage unit 4. Between a sub pressure storage chamber 24 and a main pressure storage chamber, a valve body is provided.
