Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply compose an unloader valve for reducing the number of parts and assembling man-hours.
CONSTITUTION: A normally closed unloader valve 11 is provided which is opened by the signal pressure applied to a control port 29 when the discharge pressure exceeds a set valve. The unloader valve 11 is provided with a valve tube 26 having a valve chamber 27 communicated with a cylinder chamber 13 and suction path 20. A tubular main valve body 32 is slidably inserted in the valve chamber 27 and the control port 29 is connected to the opposite side chamber to a cylinder chamber 13 at one side of the main valve body 32 in the value chamber. A guide member 28 fixed to the valve tube 26 is inserted in the hollow part of the main valve body 32. The hollow part of the main valve body 32 and a guide member are formed with a valve body 36 and valve seat 37 for opening and closing an unloader valve port 35. Thus, when signal pressure is applied to the control port, the main valve body is shifted to separate the valve body from the valve seat 37 and open the valve port, so that a suction path is communicated with the cylinder chamber through the hollow part, valve port and valve chamber of the main valve body to provide the unload condition.
