To perform cooling operation with outside air by reducing a refrigerating machine and suppressing a humidification load increase in winter.
The air conditioning device is provided with an air conditioner including a cooling coil, a humidifier, and an air supply fan, an outside air intake duct provided with a motor damper for communicating with the air conditioner, an air supply duct for communicating the air conditioner and an indoor side, an air circulation duct provided with the motor damper for communicating the indoor side with the outside air intake duct, an exhaust duct for communicating with the air circulation duct, a bypass duct provided with the motor damper for communicating the exhaust duct and the outside air intake duct, and the refrigerating machine for communicating with the cooling coil through a water channel. The exhaust fan is provided on the outside air intake duct on a lower stream side from the bypass duct. A second cooling coil is provided on a water channel linking the cooling coil and the refrigerating machine on a water circulating channel side of the cooling coil. The second cooling coil is mounted on the outside air intake duct on a lower stream side of the motor damper provided on the outside air intake duct.
