Abstract:
PURPOSE:To dispense with fleon functioning as refrigerant to simplify the formation of an air conditioner by forming an evaporator of an thermoelement, and circulating air through plural air passages coming into contact with the endothermic and exothermic faces of the thermoelement respectively. CONSTITUTION:A cooler 13 in an air conditioner of an automobile is provided with an air cooling passage 14 end an air heating passage 15, and a thermoelement 18 is provided between the air passages 14, 15. Electric heating plates 16, 17 severally partition spaces between the thermoelement 18 and the air passages 14, 15. In addition, the air passages 14, 15 are provided with an air circulating blower (not shown in a drawing) respectively. Thus, air flowing through the air cooling passage 14 is cooled by the endothermic effect of the thermoelement 18, and the air flowing through the air heating passage 15 is heated by the exothermic effect of the thermoelement 18. Thus the air conditioner can be simply and compactly formed, and moreover make the air passages 14, 15 produce the air having a fixed temperature without using fleon functioning as refrigerant.
