Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require no radiant heater conventionally separately provided in an interior zone by improving the temperature environment of a perimeter zone in the winter season and solving the problem of an indoor mixing loss.
SOLUTION: The transverse length of the outlet port 3 of a fan coil unit 1 disposed below a load surface 2 in a chamber side in a perimeter zone P is made substantialy equal to the length of the load surface 2 so that the entry of cold draft from the load surface 2 is prevented. The valve 15 of a heat exchanger 12 is controlled based on the temperature of a ceiling 23 by a controller 21 so that a mixing loss is not generated. When the temperature of the load surface 2 is low, an air outlet angle is directed to the load surface 2 side by an air flow guide 18, so that the entry of the cold draft is effectively prevented.
