To reduce foul odor intruding into a vehicle interior from an outside.SOLUTION: A control device 40 comprises: a pollution information acquisition section 44 which acquires pollution information indicating a pollution state of external air, which is air outside a vehicle; an interior air determination section 45 which determines degradation of interior air of the vehicle on the basis of interior air sensor data representing a state of the interior air, which is air inside the vehicle; a meteorological information acquisition section 43 which acquires meteorological information on a travel path in a traveling direction of the vehicle; an external air prediction section 48 which predicts pollution of the external air on the travel path in the traveling direction of the vehicle on the basis of the pollution information and the meteorological information; and a determination section 51 which determines contents for controlling intake of the external air and purification of the air on the basis of a prediction result of the external air prediction section 48 and the meteorological information. The determination section 51 determines the control content for controlling at least any one of an air-conditioner 21, a window opening-closing section 23 and air purification device 22 at least either when it is determined that the interior air of the vehicle is degraded or when the external air is predicted to be polluted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
