Abstract:

To maintain an air conditioner at an optimum timing.

A controller 2 comprises a fan speed determination part 2-1, a scatter diagram preparation part 2-2, an approximate curve calculation part 2-3, a characteristic correcting/updating part 2-4, an initial characteristic storage part 2-5, and a maintenance time determination part 2-6. In the scatter diagram preparation part 2-3, a total actual air volume VTpv and an actual rotational speed Npv are collected and accumulated to prepare a scatter diagram. In the approximate curve calculation part 2-4, an approximate curve is calculated from the scatter diagram, for example, one per day, and sent to the characteristic correcting/updating part 2-5. The characteristic correcting/updating part 2-5 corrects and updates a relation between a fan rotational speed N and a total requested air volume VTsp as shown by the approximate curve into the actual characteristic of a total requested air volume-fan rotational speed, and sends it to the maintenance time determination part 2-6. When a difference between the initial characteristic of the total requested air volume-fan rotational speed and the actual characteristic from the characteristic correcting/updating part 2-5 exceeds a specified range, the maintenance time determination part 2-6 determines that it is the maintenance time.
