PURPOSE: To make the interior cooling suitable, by combining the air conditioner and room fans, detecting a load output corresponding to a seat-load rate, and running the room fan said output is higher than a prescribed value so that operation of the room fans may be automated.
CONSTITUTION: The signal corresponding to the seat-load rate is taken out from a load response apparatus 24, and when this output becomes over a passenger number actuation value set by a load response detector 27, a usually opened contact 27a is closed. As a result, an electromagnetic contactor 9 is actuated to operate the room fans 10. Thus, as the room fans 10 are operated automatically not by judgement of a carman but by the seat-load rate, overcooling and undercooling can be prevented to perform appropriate cooling of the interior.
