PURPOSE: To improve the ventilation performance and heat exchange performance of a sealing part for a downwardly folded part in an air conditioner heat exchanger having the downwardly folded part and formed into a reverse V shape.

CONSTITUTION: In an air conditioner in which a heat exchanger 7 and a fan 8 are provided from the upstream side of an air flow passage 4 extending from an air suction inlet 2 to an air blow-off outlet 3 to the downstream side of the same and in which the heat exchanger 7 is folded downward into a reverse V shape, a sealing member 20A is provide for sealing inside the downward folded part 7A of the heat exchanger 7, which sealing member has a narrower width than the outside thereof and has a slanting surface at the downstream side in the direction of an air flow.
