To eliminate a feeling of discomfort caused by a seat temperature increased by solar radiation during parking in summer and kept high during later driving.
A Peltier module 20 is designed to provide a heat exchange with cool or warm air and a heat exchange with a thermally conductive sheet 31 and to cool or warm a seat face cover 28 via both convection by a blow of the cool or warm air and thermal conduction from the thermally conductive sheet 31. The thermally conductive sheet 31 is also cooled or warmed. The thermally conductive sheet 31 cools or warms the seat face cover 28 via thermal conduction, and the cool or warm air is conveyed to the seat face cover 28 from which it is blown out. The seat face cover 28 is thus cooled or warmed via both convection by the cool or warm air and thermal conduction from the thermally conductive sheet 31, to thereby cool or warm a region on which an occupant sits substantially evenly in a short time and, especially in summer, improve comfort by eliminating stickiness with sweat.
