Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the required power for an air conditioning operation and, at the same time, introduce the diffused cold or hot air to a seat for adjusting the temperature thereof via heat exchange between the introduced air and the diffused air.
CONSTITUTION: A back section introduction duct 201 is laid within a seat back 52, and a seat section introduction duct 221 is laid within a seat section 50. The conditioned air is blown from a diffuser 72 open above a headrest 58, and flows down via a crewman's head. The conditioned air sucked from the first intake port 203 is introduced to the duct 201, and exchanges heat with the air flowing in the second duct 66b at the side of the seat back section 52, thereby adjusting the temperature of the section 52 itself. On the other hand, the conditioned air sucked from the second intake port 223 is introduced to the duct 221 and exchanges heat with the air flowing in the second duct 66b at the side of the seat section 50, thereby adjusting the temperature of the section 50 itself.
