A remote controller 3 includes: a whole air-conditioning load calculator 33 for calculating an air-conditioning load on the basis of information from each air conditioner; an air-conditioning load distribution calculator 34 for performing cooperative control in the plurality of air conditioners and calculating the capability limit of each air conditioner in which the sum of power consumption in the plurality of air conditioners is the minimum; a display 35 displaying that the whole system is in the cooperative control; and a remote-controller controller 32 for sending the information of the capability limit of each air conditioner to an air conditioner 101 to be connected.
