To provide a device which can secure a sufficient idle stop time by performing cooling storage during fuel cut at reduced speed while performing economy control.
The device includes: a means (51) for setting a target temperature of an evaporator (11) for each of at least two traveling states; a means (51) for controlling a compressor capacity so as to make an actual evaporator temperature correspond to the set target temperature for each of the traveling states; cooling storage devices (12, 13) which are cooled by the evaporator (11) and seal at least two cooling storage media with different freezing points internally independently; and a means (5) for automatically stopping the engine (4) to restart the engine (4) afterwards, and restarting the engine (4) when the actual evaporator temperature reaches an engine automatic stop canceling temperature determined by an air-conditioning request. In the device, a freezing point of each of at least the two cooling storage media is set to be frozen at each of at least the two traveling states.
